Advance bookings for Saturday nights only are not normally possible

Deposit: A deposit of 10% (minimum £30 per room) is required when a booking is made. On certain dates such as New Year, a larger deposit may be requested. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival or curtailed, may incur full charges for the confirmed duration. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance. If accommodation can be re-let, charges will be waived.

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.  Cheques must be accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.

Children: Children over 12 are welcome, but will be charged at the full rate.

Pets: Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets (guide dogs excepted).

Smoking: We operate a strict “no smoking” policy throughout the hotel.

Single Occupancy: Single occupancy is not always available at busy times, we reserve the right to charge in full.

Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m.

Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
